Hi all! What I have for you today is a very easy DIY project and a great tip for you how to spare some money on more important things (Xmas presents for your dear ones) rather then pricey shoes and also create your very own design of pearl shoes. My friends probably know that I am not a very handy person, but as you can see I was able to customize these cool looking velvet shoes from CCC Shoes&bags with a kind help and mentoring from Zuzka - check her work here - LukZu design.
WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
- pair of shoes
- needle and stitch in the same color as your shoes are (as close as you can get)
- pearls(at least in 3 different sizes)
- scissors
Now it is really easy. Just compose your idea of the outcome and start to sew your pearls onto your shoes. I did not want to have the pearls spread neatly, it is just not my style. And even though that I was working on one shoe and Zuzka on the other both seem to look pretty similar. The trick was in swaping the shoes in the process.
So how do you like it?
P.S.: Do not slip the pearls it is pretty tricky to find them all especially if you have little kid and a DOG!
Hi guys! This DIY was a real fun as I could play with colors and get really messy without being yelled from anybody. Actually it is very welcome to get as messy as possible. I have decided to try another way of changing my boyfriend jeans and this time permanent. You can try it at home with your old T-shirt, shorts or just your favorite old jeans that need a little refresh.
#1 - Choose the best color combo that works for you. I have decided to work with gold/white/violet. Make sure to have enough old papers to cover your floor and prepare water, brush and palette.
#2 - Spatter the color with your brushes evenly from different angles to get the best result.
#3 - Feel free to add some cute details like small paintings. I have made a little heart for my BIG LOVE.
#4 - Finish the back side after the front side is dried up. I have painted just the back pockets as I feel it looks a lot better.
Say Hi! to the colors and let me know if you are up to try this one?
Hi all! I have prepared a little Xmas DIY for advent wreath using things I had at home and as I had only 3 candles, it is a bit untraditional. You can really use anything you like, but a must have are scissors, candles, fir needles, ribbon and polystyrene wreath. I have used old wreath and just pimp it up a little. As the pictures are pretty self-explanatory, I will create just SVK version. Hope you don't mind.
P.S.: I have also super glue on the picture, but DON'T use it. It is for your own safety. I have super glued my fingers together when I tried to open it as I intended to stick the nuts to the bow-knot ribbon and it is almost impossible to get rid of it.
Hi all! This post falls into the categories DIY and Mommy. I am spending lot of time on Instagram and when I saw baby milestone cards I knew that I would like to create something similar for my sweet baby boy. And so I did using www.canva.com, where you can create diffrent desings. I want to share my baby milestones with you guys. You can save these cards and print in any photoshop - I would suggest the size 9x13 or use it as an inspiration.

Hi folks! As promissed I am here with another DIY project. Yay! Inspired by talented Elina Linardaki and her leather flats. (click here) This one took more time than the ironing one and I would recommend to do it before you are pregnant, because the ability to move is quite important. Hahaha.
Let's start - below is a list of all necessary instruments however I have no idea how some of them are called (especially the different type of pliers ) - so you can use below picture as a leading point. :)
Hi folks! I have some free time till the baby is born, so I started to work on few DIY projects. First one is full of stickers and iron patches. You actually need only patch of your choice, jeans or T-shirt or anything else you would like to customize and iron to fix the patch on the garment.
I have also prepared a quick FB Giveaway - so check the FB funpage here and follow the steps there to enter the contest, the winner will be announced via funpage on 06-30-2016.
